2. Information you should not send by email

Do not email private keys, seed phrases, full bank credentials, passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary supplier identity documents. RICE Pay is designed not to require a personal wallet connection.

3. How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and evaluate early-access fit
• Provide and secure the RICE Pay service
• Present transaction information, records, receipts and notifications
• Coordinate business verification and partner-supported conversion
• Prevent fraud, satisfy legal obligations and enforce our terms
• Measure and improve website and product performance

4. Third-party providers

We may share necessary information with infrastructure, hosting, analytics, wallet-technology, compliance and conversion providers. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices. Fiat conversion and associated business verification may be performed directly by a third-party partner.

5. Blockchain data

Public blockchain records may be visible permanently and cannot generally be deleted by us. Do not place confidential trade information in a public transaction memo or other public on-chain field.

6. Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion, or to object to certain processing. We may need to retain some records for legal, compliance or security reasons. Marketing recipients can opt out using the instructions in the message.

8. International processing

We and our providers may process information in the United States, South Korea and other countries where service providers operate. Data-protection rules may differ across jurisdictions.
