Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
These Terms govern access to the RICE Pay website and any early-access service made available by Unitas Atlas Global LLC. Product access may also require separate commercial terms and third-party provider terms.
1. Business use and eligibility
RICE Pay is intended for authorized business use, not personal consumer transfers. Access may require business verification, authorized-user verification, sanctions screening, supported jurisdiction and corridor checks, transaction limits and partner approval.
2. Current service scope
RICE Pay is being developed as software for customer-authorized USDC supplier payments, recipient records, transaction history, notifications and receipts. Features described as planned, early access or partner dependent may be unavailable, changed or discontinued.
3. Customer authorization
The customer is responsible for reviewing the recipient, amount, asset, network and disclosed fees before authorization. RICE Pay is designed not to independently sign or initiate a customer transaction. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
4. Third-party services
Wallet infrastructure, blockchain access, business verification, fiat conversion and other functions may be provided by third parties. Those services are governed by their terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules, rates and limits. RICE Pay does not guarantee third-party approval or availability.
5. Fiat conversion and supplier off-ramp
Where available, fiat-to-USDC conversion is performed by an eligible third-party provider. The initial RICE Pay service boundary is delivery of USDC to a designated wallet. A supplier’s later conversion to fiat is separate and may reduce the fiat amount received through fees or FX.
6. Fees and quotes
Applicable RICE Pay charges and known third-party conversion charges will be disclosed in a transaction quote or commercial agreement. Legacy consumer-product pricing does not apply. Network fees, bank charges and supplier off-ramp costs may be separate unless expressly included.
7. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate company, user, supplier and transaction information
- Use the service only with authority from the business and payment recipient
- Verify wallet addresses and payment details
- Maintain secure access to accounts and devices
- Comply with trade, sanctions, tax, AML and other applicable laws
- Maintain records and obtain professional advice where needed
8. Prohibited use
You may not use RICE Pay for unlawful activity, fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, prohibited goods, deceptive conduct, unauthorized transfers, abuse of service infrastructure or circumvention of provider controls.
9. No trade, legal, tax or investment advice
RICE Pay does not provide trade finance, escrow, customs brokerage, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. USDC is a digital asset, not a bank deposit, and is not FDIC insured.
10. Availability and risk
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, partner approval, a particular settlement time, blockchain availability, fiat conversion, fee savings or suitability for a corridor. Quotes may expire. Delays may result from compliance review, banking hours, network conditions or inaccurate information.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unitas Atlas Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or losses caused by user error, third-party services, blockchain conditions, unauthorized access or regulatory restrictions. Any additional liability terms may be set out in the applicable commercial agreement.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, address risk or change the product. The revised date will appear above.
